Renting a dumpster in New Bern

New Bern sits about 13 feet above sea level at the confluence of the Neuse and the Trent, and the ground is what you plan around. The city does issue construction parking permits in durations running from one day up to thirty days, but they are written for vehicles and attached trailers and say nothing about detached containers, so do not assume one covers a roll-off. Ask the city before you count on a downtown street spot. In an HOA community such as Carolina Colours, the association's own rules are worth checking as well, since they often settle placement long before the city would.
