Renting a dumpster in West Point

West Point sits on the point of land where the Mattaponi and the Pamunkey meet to become the York River, and roughly a fifth of the town's area is water rather than land. The town's own comprehensive plan calls the surface relatively flat and notes that large portions of the original platted town sit in tidal marsh. That is the backdrop for placement here.
